Mr. Lopez’s experience in Electrical Engineering covers a wide
range of systems including Power Distribution Systems; Power Generation
and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS); Telecommunications, Closed
Circuit Television, Fire Alarm and Intrusion Detection Systems;
Exterior and Interior Lighting and Lightning Protection Systems. His
design, management and leadership skills have been utilized in a
multitude of multi-million dollar projects consisting of hospitality,
educational, commercial, transportation and industrial facilities.
Mr. Lopez has functioned as Design Criteria Professional for multiple
Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) Design-Build projects,
representing M-DCPS and ensuring compliance with Design Criteria
Documents by the Design Builder. In addition, he has performed Peer
Reviews for the School Board of Broward County, ensuring compliance
with Code, Design Criteria and good Engineering practice.
