Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Engineering Design and
Contract Administration services for this Luxury Multifamily, Mixed-Use
Retail Facility at the Village of Merrick Park.
The facility is comprised of 150,000 square feet of luxury housing with
45,000 square feet of common areas and 14,000 square feet of boutique
retail space. The property also includes an enclosed Parking
Garage with 515 parking spaces.
Resort style amenities at The Residences include a Clubhouse, Gym,
Business Center and Pool.
