Johnson, Avedano, Lopez, Rodriguez & Walewski Engineering Group provided HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Engineering Design Services for the Miami office of this international full service architecture and interior design Firm.  The project achieved a LEED CI Gold rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Sustainable design technologies implemented in this 7,700 SF project include measurement of energy usage, automatic lighting controls with occupancy sensors, energy efficient lighting and multiple zones for comfort and control.
