Johnson, Avedano, Lopez, Rodriguez & Walewski Engineering Group provided HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Engineering services for this Award Winning facility consisting of nearly 500,000 SF.  

The facility is designed to withstand 200 MPH hurricane winds and is provided with 1,800 tons of Air Conditioning, a 3,500 KVA Electrical System, with a standby emergency generator plant composed of five 750 KW Diesel Generators and a 660 KW UPS System.  Fuel storage consists of two 6,000 gallon diesel fuel tanks to allow continuous operation in case of power outage for at least five days.
